Refund policy

Refunds 
We do not accept refunds on change of mind purchases for resin art supplies (silicone moulds, glitter, mica powder). If the product is damaged or faulty, please contact ash@starchild-designs.com with your order number, and a picture of the damage and we refund or exhange. If you have already used the product we cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Please ensure you contact us within 14 business days of receiving your item in the mail.
